This fall Wellness Options at Work encourages you to participate in Fall 4 Walking, a personal growth program. This six-week program explores the synergistic effect of walking, mindfulness and nature as daily choices to improve your wellbeing. The goal is to increase awareness and to experience that small changes can create meaningful results.
